Lakes association member honored for achievements

The Fulton Chain of Lakes Association (FCLA) recently recognized board member Connie Schreppel with the Outstanding Service Award—its highest achievement award—for her significant contributions to the organization.

Connie was instrumental in steering the Water Quality Committee to include new and better innovations in determining the water quality in the Fulton Chain and was a leader in the education and identification of Eurasian Milfoil.

She and her family have been native to the area for decades.

“We’re most fortunate to have Connie serving on the FCLA board,” said Heather Stafford.
